Stripers!

Well, we finally got to go rock fishing yesterday and today and we were rewarded with great fishing. The only problem is we had to run 40 miles each day to get to them. Yesterday our biggest fish was 45 pounds and today we had a 41 pounder-really nice fish. I leave for Mexico on Wednesday to go fish for sailfish but Capt. Jim Andrews will be running the boat for me while I'm gone. I'll post a report when I get back.

Fishing report

Well, the rock still haven't show up-it's just been too warm. However, next week it's turning cold and should stay that way for a while. Hopefully that will be just what the doctor ordered. Thankfully, the tuna fishing is still very good. We will have a day every once in a while that's terrible but for the most part it's world class.
