We had two half day trips today and the morning trip started out pretty slow. We finally found them right before we had to leave but ended up catching some nice fish. The afternoon trip was about the best I've ever seen it. We were casting to them and they were all about 30 pounds! As soon as the bait hit the water we were hooked up-it was incredible. I'm ready for some more action like that!
The blues have gone away and the stripers are back in full force! We've had really good fishing the last several days and it looks like there's nothing in the short term weather forecast to mess that up. We've got several open dates this month so give us a call.
Big blue fish are trying to take over the fishing. I've never seen so many-the other day they were from the monument to the inlet. It seems one day we'll catch rock and then next day it's all bluefish. We did not fish yesterday (tuesday) but the ones that did had pretty good rock fishing around Duck.
