Fishing update

We haven't fished a whole lot in the last week so there hasn't been much to report. Also, the rock fishing slowed down considerably and the big blues took over. We've had a lot of northeast wind here and when that happens all the rock move offshore. However, yesterday the boats that went had great rock fishing so hopefully there back where we can get to them. We don't have a trip until after Christmas so I'll update you again then. Merry Christmas everyone!

Really good fishing right now

We had excellent striper fishing again on Monday. We caught our limit pretty quickly and then started throwing them back. Again, we were around the monument pretty close to shore. The wind is blowing hard out of the northeast right now but is supposed to lay down a little tonight. I hope we can back out there tomorrow.-

Great Striper Action!

Fishing was as good as gets today. It took a little while to find them but when we did, every pole was bent over. We had to run north a little ways-about to the monument. We've got plenty of open days so give us a call to get on some world class action!

Decent Rock Fishing

We went fun fishing today and caught our limit. It wasn't anything red hot but we had a good time and had plenty of rock to put in the fish box. There were a few 25 pounders in there but most fish were around the 15 to 20 pound range.

The stripers have finally shown up!!!!

I didn't think they would ever get here but on Saturday and Sunday we finally got them! We didn't have to go far either-around the lighthouse is as far as we went. A few of the fish were pushing 30 pounds. It's supposed to really blow out of the northeast the next couple of days so we'll stay tied to the dock.
